What You?ll Be Doing Leading the charge in steering our cryptoasset products through the complex regulatory landscape Driving business compliance across all crypto entities and supporting crypto expansion into new markets Providing expert compliance advice to business and product teams Bridging the gap between business and compliance, ensuring effective collaboration Identifying and mitigating compliance risks proactively Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build policies that balance growth with legal requirements Equipping product teams with the tools and knowledge to integrate compliance into their work Managing a team of Business Compliance Managers What You?ll Need A degree from a top-tier university 7+ years of experience in regulatory and business compliance Experience in a top-tier bank or fast-growing technology company Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation Understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact Ability to analyse and interpret complex data Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines Experience managing teams Track record of outstanding achievement across areas Important notice for candidates Job scams are on the rise.
