- Maintains project database by entering and backing up data to the central servers.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with company and government regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Conducts site visits to gain project requirements, site photos, and site measurements as required.
- Preserves and protects the company assets.
- Executes assigned tasks precisely and professionally.
- Participates in periodic site meetings.
- Meets with clients, suppliers, and contractors as required.
- Behaves politely and professionally with colleagues and the public.
- Implements and respects the company rules and regulations.
- Submits weekly project reports.
- Liaises with and supports other members of the company.
- Participates in any function or action that may be beneficial to the company.
- Submits duly signed petty cash requests in advance for 3 working days of requirement.
- Ensures QA/QC which includes but is not limited to factory inspections, supervising mock-up approvals, and rejecting delivered items that are not to standard and requirement.
- Monitors and controls site activities to be within HSE standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 5+ years' related field and project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience in the Interior Design field and project planning.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- UAE Driving License is a must with own car.
- Available to join immediately (Must required).
- UAE experience in the same field (must required).
