We are hiring a Senior Technical Consultant (Cyber Security) for a well-established technology company headquartered in Hong Kong. The company is expanding into the Middle East and is in the process of setting up a subsidiary in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consultancy services to customers on cyber security solution and protection.
  • Serve as a key technical liaison between clients, professional service teams, and technical support, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and execute business development strategies for cybersecurity solutions, driving sales growth and supporting decision-making.
  • Integrate and coordinate internal and external resources to develop and deliver optimal security solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate security products and technical solutions to support business expansion and meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, explore emerging cybersecurity technologies, and continuously enhance solutions to improve client security capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with clients, delivering high-value consulting services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop technical proposals, support Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations, and oversee project implementation.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution presentations, security architecture design, and enterprise-level security consulting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on expertise in both IT and OT security protection.
  • Strong knowledge of mainstream security technologies and solutions, including identity authentication, security operations, threat detection, and data protection.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead cybersecurity projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISP, CISM or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and a strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese for professional communication.
  • Experience in cybersecurity projects related to the metro/railway industry is a plus.
