The Senior Rolling Stock Engineeroversees the design review and construction supervision of rollingstock. This role involves ensuring compliance with projectrequirements and coordinating with various teams. Overall 1015years experience in relevantdiscipline.
Roles andResponsibilities:
Oversee thedesign review and integration of rolling stock.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and industrystandards.
Manage and conduct testing andcommissioning of rolling stock by D&Bcontractors.
Coordinate with signalingtelecommunications and power supply teams.
Provide technical support and training to maintenanceteams.
Review and approve technical designs andspecifications.
Conduct site inspections andassessments.
Troubleshoot and resolve rollingstock issues.
Prepare and present rolling stockreports.
Collaborate with contractors andsuppliers to ensure systemperformance.
Qualifications and EducationalRequirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical orElectrical Engineering.
Extensive experience inrolling stock engineering.
Knowledge of rollingstock systems and industrystandards.
Knowledge andExperience:
Minimum of 7years of experience in rolling stock specificengineering.
Strong project management andtechnical skills.
Excellent communication andteamwork abilities.
PreferredSkills:
Experience with rail vehiclesystems.
