Job title:Assistant instructor -Civil Location: AjmanCategory: Academic / Higher EducationType: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and proactive A ssistant instructor to support instructors faculty members department heads and the College Dean in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. This role involves assisting in instruction supervision research advising and student support across both curricular and co-curricular activities. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive learning environment and be adaptable to academic schedules and responsibilities. Key Duties & Responsibilities Support faculty in creating a safe engaging and stimulating learning environmentAssist in planning preparing and delivering daily teaching and learning activitiesHelp develop instructional materials teaching aids and digital learning toolsSupport practical sessions in labs studios clinics or workshopsConduct tutorial sessions (individual or group) to reinforce conceptsAssist in exam proctoring assessments and academic documentationParticipate in college committees and complete tasks assigned by the Dean HoD or instructorsGuide students in experiments research projects and academic assignmentsSupport internship/practicum activities and student advising processesAssist in organizing co-curricular and university-wide events Qualifications & Experience Bachelor of Science in a relevant disciplineStrong communication skills with good English proficiencyAbility to use essential software applications and e-learning tools Knowledge & Skills Strong verbal and written communicationAbility to follow academic procedures and instructionsSkill in preparing lesson materials and instructional aidsAbility to support and motivate studentsBasic supervisory skillsCommitment to continuous learning and professional development Working Conditions • Office/classroom environment• Minimal physical effort• Minimal exposure to risk Key Skills Children Activity,Acting,Acquisition,Instrumentation & Control,Health And Safety Management,Brokerage Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
