On behalf of our client, a British international exhibition company, we are looking to recruit a Group Editor. Reporting to the Group Exhibition Director, you will be responsible for:

  1. Researching and providing ideas for future magazines and development of the publications portfolio.
  2. Managing the publications team in order to meet deadlines within budget.
  3. Managing and coordinating the publications budget.
  4. Sourcing and editing medical and healthcare-related articles specific to each magazine.
  5. Writing and contributing features to each magazine.

The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be a resident of the UAE.
  2. Have a degree in journalism.
  3. Possess strong editorial and management experience within the publishing sector.
  4. Be computer literate with knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop.
  5. Have online content experience.
