Job Responsibilities Conduct daily site inspections to monitor and verify architectural works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project standards. Ensure compliance with contract documents, local regulations and quality standards throughout all stages of construction. Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, mockups and method statements. Identify nonconforming works and issue site observations/NCRs, following up on corrective actions. Inspect and verify architectural finishes including masonry, cladding, waterproofing, joinery, false ceilings, paintwork, tiling and other interior works. Coordinate with other discipline inspectors and site teams to ensure multitrade integration and avoid clashes. Participate in snagging and desnagging inspections, including preparation of punch lists and ensuring timely closure of items. Attend site meetings with contractors, consultants and client representatives to ensure all inspections and records are properly documented and filed. Key Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector with a design consultancy background. Proven experience on large‑scale commercial, residential or mixed‑use developments in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, architectural standards and finishing materials.
