To manage the product and service related requirements for the entire Business Banking Liabilities Product within the Business Banking Product unit. The incumbent will assist in overseeing the profitability of the relevant Liabilities and Fee Income stream and rollout initiatives with respect to Business Banking Products and Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Business Banking Liabilities Product team and Head of BLU in implementing the overall product & segmental strategy and annual plan to achieve targeted sales & P&L revenue figures in the assigned products.
  2. Assist in developing & implementing strategies & marketing initiatives to gain market leadership.
  3. Devise digital solutions for Liabilities products, services, and payments to cater to the business banking segment.
  4. Conduct frequent/monthly competitive scans to ensure our products and rates are competitive.
  5. Devise, implement, and track new promotions.
  6. Work with stakeholders to ensure procedures and policies are competitive and have the right controls.
  7. Regularly review with Treasury, Operations, IT, Digital, and other stakeholders to ensure the best of products & policies.
  8. Interact with all touchpoints to ensure the best processes & resolve operational issues.
  9. Maintain day-to-day interaction with sales channels for their queries.
  10. Interact closely with other product managers (Assets, Credit Card, Corporate, etc.) to create cross-sell propositions for the business banking segment.
  11. Collaborate with the IT department for UAT and implementation of new enhancements and product launches.
  12. Liaise with SQ to coordinate SQ initiatives and corrective actions/enhancements for liabilities propositions.
  13. Work with Marketing to implement specific initiatives/campaigns.

All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
