Maintain detailed kitchen logs for food safety program compliance. Monitor and verify the correctness of appliance and food temperatures using appropriate tools. Report any issues with freezer systems promptly to facility management. Safely and appropriately use kitchen tools and equipment. Engage safety devices before operating any kitchen equipment. Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and quality standards. Monitor food quality throughout preparation using HACCP forms and production charts. Ensure personal hygiene is maintained to the highest standards. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to guarantee the safety of food served to guests.
