Job SpecificAccountabilities
- Providesadvice and assistance to Company's divisions regardingfacilities integrity, in particular advice on Material Selection,RBI, remnant life assessment, QA, fitness for service testing andinspection.
- Develops, implements and follow-upof specific facilities integrity programs based onCompany's Asset Integrity Management System(AIMS).
- Analyzes equipment and plantsinspection data at all sites using appropriate state-of-the-artanalytical and statistical tools and techniques. Identifies areasof concern (or negative trends) pertaining to plants, units,processes, systems, equipment families, equipment vendors,individual equipment or equipment components and providerecommendations for improvement, as appropriate. Disseminatespertinent lessons learnt to concerned plant personnel for sharingcross field experience.
- Assists introubleshooting plant chronic problems related toequipment/installations. Participates in the root cause analyses ofmajor/critical equipment failure or the repetitive failure ofminor/critical equipment failure or the repetitive failure of minorequipment. Recommends solutions, follows up on field implementationand conducts reliability audits.
- Liaises withEngineering & Major Projects and inputs integrity issuesinto functional and conceptual design criteria, basic and detailengineering . Assists in the preparation of equipmentstandardization as part of engineering standards for use andreference by all plants.
- Identify thestrengths, weaknesses and gaps in operators' andleaseholders' QA programs to ensure safe and responsibleoperation of facilities and the stable flow of oil through new andexisting oil and gasinfrastructure.
- Participate in implementingintegrity targets and KPIs.
- Manage all aspectsof integrity projects, including the following activities: developpipeline purge and cleaning plans; assess integrity; assesinspection data; develop dig and repair or replacement plan; managethe inspection data; document and assure compliance withCompany's Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) andOperator Qualification Plan.
- Integratehistorical integrity data into the database to develop acomprehensive integrity picture of the line segments beingassessed; maintain/update the integrity data base for each project;provide input and facilitate the risk assessment process; enhancethe Company's AIMS to maintain consistency with industrydevelopments and government regulations.
- Directengineering consultants and contractors to successfully executemultiple projects concurrently. Supports multiple capital andexpense projects simultaneously within a managed budget andexecution schedule.
- Manage all aspects of integrity projects,including the following activities: develop pipeline purge andcleaning plans; assess integrity; asses inspection data; developdig and repair or replacement plan; manage the inspection data;document and assure compliance with Company's AssetIntegrity Management System (AIMS) and Operator QualificationPlan.
- Integrate historical integrity data intothe database to develop a comprehensive integrity picture of theline segments being assessed; maintain/update the integrity database for each project; provide input and facilitate the riskassessment process; enhance the Company's AIMS tomaintain consistency with industry developments and governmentregulations.
- Direct engineering consultants andcontractors to successfully execute multiple projects concurrently.Supports multiple capital and expense projects simultaneouslywithin a managed budget and execution schedule.
MinimumQualification
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical,Metallurgical Engineering or other relevantdisciplines
Minimum Experience,Knowledge & Skills
8years of experience, including at least 5 years in an IntegrityEngineer position.
