control. The ideal candidate is skilledin client engagement adeptly oversees projectdelivery
and takes charge of submission reviewsto ensure alignment with our design andoperational
standards.
- Takeownership of all technical aspects of interior design projectsleading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that each phase meetsproject objectives timelines and budgets.
- Actas the primary point of contact for clients establishing andmaintaining strong relationships understanding client goals andensuring their needs are met throughout the projectlifecycle.
- Oversee the delivery of projectsfrom concept to completion ensuring that design intent is preservedtechnical standards are met and all elements are executedflawlessly.
- Develop and implement QAQCprocesses across all design phases conducting thorough checks tomaintain high standards of work and adherence to regulatoryrequirements.
- Lead and coordinate allsubmission reviews ensuring accuracy completeness and adherence toboth client requirements and internal qualitystandards.
- Provide technical direction andmentorship to design teams offering expertise in material selectionconstruction methods and best practices for designimplementation.
- Allocate and manage resourceseffectively across projects balancing team workloads to optimizeproductivity and project quality.
- Identify andmitigate technical risks throughout the project proactivelyaddressing potential challenges to maintain smooth projectflow.
- Continuously evaluate and refine projectworkflows implementing best practices that enhance efficiencyreduce rework and streamline projectdelivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree inInterior Design or Architecture; Min 15 yearsexperience.
- Extensive knowledge ofinterior design principles building codes constructionmethods
- and industry standards; proficiency indesign software such as AutoCAD Revit and
- AdobeSuite.
- Proven track record of managinglargescale complex projects from inception through completion withstrong organizational and multitaskingabilities.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills; ability to convey complex technicalinformation to clients and team memberseffectively.
- A meticulous approach to QAQCensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards ofaccuracy and quality.
- Demonstrated ability tolead inspire and develop teams fostering a collaborative andhighperformance culture.
- Strong analyticalskills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressingtechnical challenges.
- Dedicated to clientsatisfaction with the ability to manage expectations negotiateneeds and build lasting clientrelationships.
