KeyResponsibilities :

  • Assist in designing graphics fordigital and print media, including social media posts, websitebanners, brochures, andadvertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketingand content teams to develop creative concepts andcampaigns.
  • Support the senior design team inexecuting branding projects, ensuring consistency with brandguidelines.
  • Prepare and optimize graphics foruse across various platforms andformats.
  • Revise and refine designs based onfeedback from stakeholders.

  • Maintain and organize design assets,templates, and files.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree inGraphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
  • Proficiency in design tools suchas Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, andInDesign.
  • Basic understanding of typography,color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Acreative portfolio showcasing relevant designwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability tomeet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and awillingness to learn and takedirection.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics orvideo editing is a plus.
Desired candidate profile

  • DesignCreation:

    • Assist increating design concepts, layouts, and visual elements for printand digital media.
    • Work on various designprojects, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners,websites, advertisements, logos, andmore.
    • Ensure that designs are aligned with theclient's or brand's guidelines andobjectives.

  • Brandingand Identity:

    • Assist indeveloping and maintaining brand guidelines for clients ororganizations, ensuring that all designs are consistent with thebrand's identity.
    • Create or modifylogos, business cards, letterheads, and other brandingmaterials.

  • Collaborationwith SeniorDesigners:

    • Work closelywith senior graphic designers to receive feedback and improvedesign drafts.
    • Take direction and makerevisions based on feedback to refine designs and meet clientexpectations.

  • PreparingFiles forProduction:

    • Preparefinal design files for both digital and print production, ensuringall file formats and sizes are correct for productionrequirements.
    • Ensure designs are compatiblewith printing specifications (e.g., resolution, color mode, bleedsettings,etc.).

  • ResearchandInspiration:

    • Researchdesign trends, competitor designs, and new tools to stay up-to-datewith the latest developments in the graphic designfield.
    • Gather inspiration from other creatives,resources, or design platforms like Behance, Dribbble, orPinterest.

  • PhotoEditing andRetouching:

    • Edit andmanipulate images for design purposes, ensuring the final visualquality is high and suitable for theproject.
    • Retouch images as needed, removingbackgrounds or enhancing the quality of photos to fit thedesign.

  • Presentationof Designs:

    • Presentdesign concepts to clients or internal stakeholders, providingrationale for design choices.
    • Make adjustmentsbased on client feedback or internal reviews before finalizingdesigns.
