To Develop the implementation of Companies recruitment strategy (corporate) based on the organizations approved manpower requirement plans including recruitment programs to ensure that company is able to attract and recruit people to reach their maximum potential implement the recruitment programs and processes to provides professional support and advice with the right combinations of skills experience and cultural fit that will drive organizational impact Reviews the monthly vacancies list discusses Nationals recruitment strategy with the department managers to meet the Emiratization objectives Introduces improvements to the hiring process and employment contracts when necessary Screens application forms and shortlists applicants for Senior Levels approval to obtain the Recruitment Committee authorization. Maintains good working relationships with recruitment agents Prepares specific recruitment profile and either provides details to the assigned recruitment agency or places the advertisements with the chosen newspaper(s) or on the Corporations website Ensures files on new employees are maintained and kept uptodate with relevant documentation Attends job fairs to ensure the best selection of talent Arranges along with the Career Development Section any special tests / assessments such as psychometric testing to be carried out as required. Works with the Career Development Section in the receipt interviewing and screening of applications for Companies internship programmes Discusses the formal offer to be made maintaining ongoing liaison with the candidate through all mobilization matters including visas medical check ups carrying out reference checks etc Requirements UAE National 5 years of experience in Recruitment talent acquisition Human resource Good knowledge of recruitment strategies General knowledge of people assessment including structured / behavioral interviewing and facilitation technique Working knowledge of psychometric testing tools and assessment design Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a equivalent A minimum of 4 years experience within HR Excellent communication skills and fluent in Arabic and English Benefits Time management skill Required Experience: Unclear Seniority Key Skills Culinary Experience,Sales Experience,Time Management,Microsoft Office,Taleo,ATS,HR Sourcing,Interviewing,Microsoft Outlook,Relationship Management,Human Resources,Recruiting Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
