  • Work closely withfaculty finance and student affairsdepartments to facilitate admissions policies andensure alignment with academic and financialguidelines.
  • Oversee thescholarship and financial aid programs ensuring they align with the universitysobjectives.
  • Develop and manage theadmissions budget optimizing resourceallocation for maximum impact.
CandidateRequirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree inEducation Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield .
  • Minimum 710years of experience in university admissions studentrecruitment or higher education administration with at least3 years in a leadershiprole .
  • Strong knowledge ofUAE higher education market student recruitmenttrends and international admissionspractices .
  • Proven experience indeveloping and implementing successful studentrecruitment strategies .
  • Strongleadership organizational and decisionmakingskills to drive admissionssuccess.
  • Excellent communicationand relationshipbuilding skills with the ability toengage with students parents and stakeholderseffectively.
  • Familiarity withadmissions software CRM tools and digital marketingtechniques .
  • Ability toanalyze enrollment data and makestrategic recommendations based oninsights.
  • Experience managingscholarship and financial aid programs is an advantage.
