Responsibilities Responsible for Engineering process of all Electrical / ELV Systems. Review IFC design against authority compliance. Managing a team of 10 to 15 Draftsmen for shop drawings & As‑Built drawings production. Preparation of Engineering Calculations during construction. Coordinating with Mech / Civil / architectural / Structural disciplines engineering team. Preparation of material submittals, Engineering Drawings & Calculations etc. Review of material submittals, Engineering Drawings & Calculations etc. Preparation of DEWA submissions. Should have in depth knowledge in DEWA / DCD / Etisalat regulations. Review of material Submittals. Review of Purchase request from Project team for compliance. To develop Shop drawings and detailed Electrical / ELV drawings as per IFC & project specifications. To develop Equipment control philosophies as per IFC & project specifications. Technical Support to the Project team with accurate drawings from design to execution & handover. Maintaining detailed Logs for materials, shop drawings & RFI’s etc. Preparation of BoQ. Raising RFI’s & Responding to RFI’s. Preparation of RFP’s to Procurement & Coordination Follow up with procurement. Strong interaction with Site management for day‑to‑day site technical requirements. Attending site meetings to discuss projects, engineering deliverable requirements etc. Qualification Minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE , exclusively in contracting companies . Proven track record in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or high‑rise). Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes and authority requirements (e.g., DEWA).
