Our Associate Consultants play pivotal rolesin supporting the delivery of project engagements service deliveryand targeted initiatives within our Middle East team. They engagein designated focus areas ensuring diligent monitoring andsuccessful execution of projects that align with agreedoutcomes. 

Operating across varioussectors including transport energy banking & insurance andthe public sector the Middle East team addresses challenges ininnovation and business transformation. Guided by experiencedconsultants you will be part of a multidisciplinary team engagingin a wide range ofmissions: 

  • Assistingconsultants and managers in the delivery of project work across arange of clients based mainly at Sias offices and sometimes atclient sites.
  • Helping the commercial activity:drafting business proposals and other client materials conductingmarket research and helping identify and bring forwardpotential commercialopportunities.
  • Undertaking training.
  • Workclosely with stakeholders to capture process requirements andensure alignment with businessobjectives
  • Conduct understanding sessionanalyze activities and map AsIs processesmodels
  • Design workflows capturing processnarratives RACI inputs and outputs application systemsetc.
  • Conduct working sessions for validationand knowledge transfers

As part of adiverse and motivated team you will be involved in a range ofprojects with our clients covering topics suchas:

  • Project management: management ofbusiness projects with both internal stakeholders and thirdparties.
  • Business strategy definition &implementation: elaboration of business plan digital strategymarket studies financial modelling benchmarks dataanalysis.
  • Business improvement: businessprocesses study mapping & reengineering performancemanagement design & implementation benchmarks &analysis. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong academicbackground (e.g. Business Mathematics Economics) from toptieruniversity.
  • 1 year of experiencepreferably in consulting.
  • Ability toadapt quickly to challenging and frequently changingenvironments while working on challenging topics acrossmultiple business areas under tightdeadlines.
  • Ability to multitask competingpriorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy andattention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadershipexperience.
  • Proven experience working in a teamenvironment.
  • Business Process Management orReengineering
  • Stakeholder Managementskills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Visio andARIS is a plus
  • Business proficiency level inEnglish and Arabic (reading writingtyping) is amust.
