Kaizen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. At Kaizen, we are committed to creating vibrant and sustainable communities that provide exceptional living experiences to our residents. Responsibilities Community management, including financial management, maintenance, and customer experience. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws. Ensure service providers compliance with company SLAs and KPIs. Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize the buildings under management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Drive initiatives related to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and authorities. Regularly assess the performance and efficiency of building operations. Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management. Certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM). Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial management and reporting. Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
