About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and technical submittals
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction, proposing effective solutions
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to optimize project execution
- Monitor and control project costs, materials, and resources to maintain budget compliance
- Implement and enforce site safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bridge Construction
- Valid UAE Driving License
