Human by nature. HR Specialist for the Middle East sub-region - Your future position We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Middle East HR team based in our Dubai office. This role is the backbone of our HR operations ensuring smooth execution of payroll PRO activities and key employee life cycle processes across the region. You will work closely with the HR team and our outsourced partners supporting teams in Dubai and other Middle East locations. Are you an experienced HR professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with core HR and employee life cycle activities and would like to take a new turn in your career by joining a global and leading organisation Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you Based in our Dubai Media City office and reporting to the HR Manager for the Middle East region you will support our Fragrance & Beauty Taste & Wellbeing and Support Services teams across 3 countries in the Middle East sub-region including the SAMEA regional hub in Dubai. In this role you will be responsible for - HR Operations & Administration: Work closely with our Shared Services Centre to ensure local HR operations and processes run smoothly. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring the best employee experience. Support the management of outsourced employees along with our partners. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors). Prepare HR reports and data to support decision-making and compliance. Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate monthly payroll in partnership with our payroll partners across multiple countries. Support administration of employee benefits and ensure accuracy of related data. Act as first point of contact for employee payroll and benefits queries. PRO & Compliance: Coordinate government relations (PRO) activities through external vendors. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regional employment regulations. Support annual HR processes such as compensation reviews performance cycles and budgeting exercises. HR Processes: Provide support for performance management annual salary review and bonus processes. Support HR projects and initiatives as required. Ensure smooth communication and alignment with HR Shared Services and Centres of Excellence. Assist the team in organising training sessions and learning activities. Provide support for wellbeing and employee engagement programmes. Help coordinate HR communications and events. Contribute to other HR projects.
