A CivilSurveyor is a professional responsible forconducting land and construction surveys for civil engineeringprojects. CoreResponsibilities:

  1. Landand SiteSurveying:

    • Conduct landsurveys to measure distances, angles, and elevations onconstruction sites.
    • Map out the physical layoutof land parcels, topographic features, and existing infrastructure(e.g., roads, utilities).
    • Establish propertyboundaries, using both traditional and modern surveyingtechniques.

  2. Designand PlanningSupport:

    • Assist civilengineers and architects by providing critical survey data for thedesign and layout of infrastructureprojects.
