  • Prepare HSE plans and riskassessments under the supervision of the head ofSHEQ.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of theIntegrated management System (IMS) and ensure that documents andrecords are reviewed and updated on a regularbasis.
  • Review Company HSE systems to ensurecompliance with current standards.
  • Ensure thatall accidents incidents and near misses are reported anddocumented.
  • Ensure that incidents areinvestigated; Risk Assessments are reviewed post incident andrecommendations and corrective actions are followedthrough.
  • Ensure employees and thirdpartycontractors have a clear understanding and adhere to the companysIMS.
  • Conducting HSE audits andinspections.
  • Implementation and maintenance ofISOand ISO
  • Promote Health and Safetyawareness within the Horizon Group.
  • Assist withinvestigations where required.
  • Preparedocumentation associated with audits andinspections.
  • Compile monthly company safetystatistics and trend graphs ensuring that the correct data isrecorded anddistributed. 

  • Yourqualities and experience
    You can make yourmark as a HSE Advisor if youhave:

  • B.Sc. Or M.Sc. or equivalenteducation.
  • Minimum 5 years experiencein Oil and Gas industry
  • Aramco HSE approvalsare benefits.
  • Good in MS Outlook Excel andWord.
  • Health and SafetyExperience
