Recruitment Consultant at Socium - Teams Done Differently Location Dubai (Hybrid, onsite depending on the needs of the project) Contract Duration Initial 6 months contract About the Role We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst with deep experience in healthcare and business transformation to support a major transformation initiative in the UAE. This role requires strong analytical capability, process re‑engineering expertise, and hands‑on experience working with healthcare systems and complex operational environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end process analysis, mapping, optimization, and documentation across multiple healthcare business functions. Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies and design improved workflows. Support major transformation programs, ensuring business processes align with strategic goals. Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for changes to systems and workflows. Facilitate workshops, gap analysis, impact assessments, and solution validation. Ensure compliance with healthcare operational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Must-Have Experience 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or Business Analyst. Solid background in the Healthcare industry (hospitals, insurers, TPAs, or healthtech). Proven experience in transformation projects (process redesign, operating model changes, digitization initiatives). Preferred Experience Transformation projects involving core systems within Health Insurance (e.g., claims, policy administration, provider management, eligibility systems). Experience working with healthcare regulatory frameworks in the UAE or GCC region. Exposure to large‑scale system implementations or data migration projects.
