We are looking for a Data Manager to join our team and lead the organization analysis and reporting of critical business data. This role requires a highly analytical and detaildriven professional with a strong background in data management analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate should be experienced in working with large datasets using modern data tools and platforms and turning complex information into clear actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Analysis Oversee the collection storage organization and maintenance of company data across systems. Develop and implement efficient data management processes including data cleaning and validation. Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that support business objectives. Create reports dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI Tableau or Looker. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with management and crossfunctional teams to define data needs and deliver insights. Translate business questions into data queries and provide databacked recommendations. Ensure data security integrity and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Train and support internal teams in accessing and interpreting data as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Manager Data Analyst or similar role in datafocused environments. Strong background in data analytics data visualization and statistical analysis. Proficiency in SQL Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery Snowflake) and ETL processes. Excellent analytical thinking and problemsolving skills. Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects. Effective communication skills to explain data concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field (Masters preferred). Salary Range and Benefits: Salary Range: 3000 AED 3500 AED (based on experience and qualifications).We provide medical insurance as per UAE law visa sponsorship training support and additional benefits (subject to the applicant). Work Arrangement: This is a fulltime onsite position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated location.
