Interested in working on an innovative and highimpact business that is changing the way customers think about grocery The MENA Grocery team (UFG) is offering a role to own building new business from ground Zero.The Pricing Operations team at Amazon is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online space with the best price. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience. As part of this team your primary responsibility will be monitoring pricing parameters and involve audit operation to identify products through continuous audit. Beyond daytoday operations you will be expected to drive process improvement initiatives and actively participate in stakeholder meetings. You will play a critical role in improving pricing performance metrics. This will require collaboration with various internal teams including program managers and vendor managers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and skills to handle daily operations and continuously drive process improvements and automation. An ideal candidate should have:Ability to work at all levels with an eye for detail to achieve process goals Detailoriented with excellent accuracy in data handling and reporting.Problemsolving mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.Willingness to take the initiative handle additional responsibilities and travel as needed.Ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.Key job responsibilitiesMonitor and ensure the accuracy of system outputs pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activitiesAudit track and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes. The individual will interact with the business automation & technology teams to help drive operational and system improvements. Take ownership of operational challenges analyze data and implement corrective actions.The role might require work over weekend but not exceeding 5 days work weekBachelors degree in any discipline Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet Amazons high operational standards.Basic knowledge of SQL queries is an advantageExperience working with large data sets and making datadriven decisions.Knowledge of Arabic language is preferredOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
