Role Overview We are seeking Structural Draughtsmen – Bridge & Tunnel with hands-on experience in infrastructure projects involving bridges and tunnels. The role supports site execution and technical teams by preparing accurate structural drawings in line with approved designs, construction methodologies, and project standards. This role requires strong understanding of structural detailing, reinforcement layouts, and coordination with engineers to support safe and efficient construction. Responsibilities Prepare and update structural shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings for bridge substructures and superstructures Prepare drawings for tunnel structural elements Prepare drawings for piers, abutments, decks, and retaining walls Prepare reinforcement detailing and bar bending layouts Revise drawings based on engineer instructions, RFIs, and site conditions Ensure drawings comply with approved IFC drawings, specifications, and structural standards Coordinate closely with Structural / Technical Engineers to incorporate design changes Support site teams with timely issue of approved drawings Assist in resolving drawing clashes and detailing discrepancies Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and approval records Mandatory Requirements Note: As per guidelines, strong formatting has been avoided; the original content is preserved with improved structure. Education Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Civil / Structural Drafting Experience 2–5 years of experience as a Structural Draughtsman Proven experience in bridge and tunnel infrastructure projects Experience working with main contractors is preferred UAE or GCC project experience is an advantage Technical Skills Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory) Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and reinforcement details Construction specifications Basic understanding of structural elements and construction sequences High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under deadlines in live project environments Good coordination and communication skills Willingness to support site-based requirements About Net2Source Inc.
