Responsibilities Coordinate with the occupier of the property to arrange a suitable time for the inspection. Be punctual for all meetings and manage time effectively to ensure no clients/tenants are kept waiting. Be aware of health and safety precautions when driving on the road (take a charged phone, spare water, inform the team of your inspection schedule). Present the company in a professional manner. Write detailed inspection notes and upload the inspection notes and photographs in a timely manner. Check the condition of the property and the surrounding areas. Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Minimum high school or diploma in relevant educational qualification. Excellent geographical knowledge. Good communication skills. Good time management skills. Good spoken/written English. UAE Driving license is mandatory.
