JOB SUMMARY (Major functions of theposition)

Key Responsibilities:
Leadthe planning and implementation of projects
Maintaincontrol on costs quality and time lines
Facilitate thedefinition of project scope goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Developfull scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate projectstaff
Manage project budget resource allocationschedules quality assurance
Track project deliverablesusing appropriate tools
Provide direction and support toproject team and monitor / report on progress of the project to allstakeholders

Project/Site Related:

Responsible for raising inspections at Site like WIR (Work inspection report) and MIR (Material Inspection Report) andgetting it approved from the Consultant.
Maintain siteE.H.S. procedures and policies.
Ensure accurate settingout of works in accordance with contract drawings or approved shopdrawings.
Organize operations with Engineers andSupervisors.
Liaise with General Foreman and JuniorEngineer in respect of field problems technical matters and sitesafety.
Initiation of Technical queries and managingVerbal Instructions.
Ensure preparation of MethodStatements Inspection & Test Plan as the work schedulerequires and ensure matters of site safety are incorporated as apriority or KPI.
Provide technical assistance andtechnical supervision.
Progress measurement andreporting.
Monitor the work and report the progress andany occurrences which might create a delay or variation in thespecified work.
Liaison with client sitestaff.
Oversee the material testingactivities.
Manage site interfaces
Prepare asBuilt information to suit contract requirements.
Ensuresupervisors implement Method Statements and Inspection &Test Plan as the work progresses.
Ensure works are inaccordance with QC procedures/ITPs to ensure defects revealed areresolved..
Provide reporting to Senior Managementregularly regarding all aspects of project.
Advise allabout the project quality assurance and quality control aspects andinterface problems that affect the disciplined operation of theproject.

Site survey and trouble shootinghandling queries from Production departments.

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success ofproject and common objectives.

Co ordinate withProduction team and ensure that Material is being prepared anddelivered to Site as per priority.

Regularlykeep Production team update on Site Schedule & Activitiesthrough email whatsapp and other forms of communication.

Act as a Liasion between Site and Project Team.

Daily meeting Main Contractor Project Managers and teamto update on project progress and inquring if any urgent work orexecution required.

Handling Consultants andseeking MIR/WIR in time to ensure all Payment certificates areprepared with full works approval.

Dailyemailing project report to management and keeping them updated onSite progress issues and requirements.

HandlingMultiple projects as and when required by the management.
