The goal of our program is to help you build an exciting and fulfilling career at AIG. You will have the chance to join one of our key lines: Financial Lines Casualty or Energy. In addition to the training onthejob you will participate in the AIG Academy a twoyear structured development program designed to support and accelerate your strengths and interests. To help you succeed we make sure you receive aboveaverage remuneration regardless of your degree. You will be accompanied by a mentor and you will have the chance to participate in global workshops master classes as well as networking events to get to know colleagues from AIG worldwide. You will receive a permanent employment contract. What you can expect: Support and independent review of risks Preparation of customized offers for national and international customers Highlevel of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial work in a helpful and committed team Englishspeaking communication with local and foreign brokers customers and colleagues of the companys own international network Collaboration on interdepartmental and strategic projects Steep learning curve and a variety of development opportunities What you bring: Bachelors or Masters degree e.g. in Business Administration Economics Information Technology Law Engineering Actuarial Sciences or Risk Management graduated in 2024 or 2025.
