The ideal candidate must have a strong background in home finance sales in the UAE. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for actively acquiring new clients, providing comprehensive information about our mortgage products and services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to loan closing. Your ability to generate leads and provide tailored solutions is crucial to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Actively acquire new clients, including real estate agents, builders, and individual borrowers, from provided leads and inquiries. Effectively communicate the benefits of our mortgage products, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial inquiry to final loan closing. Analyze the creditworthiness and risk profiles of borrowers. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience. Achieve and consistently exceed all monthly and annual sales targets. Key Skills & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in home finance sales in the UAE. Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner. Strong sales aptitude with the ability to effectively present and explain complex mortgage products.
