Position: CEO Middle East (Ride Hailing Vietnamese Company Expansion) Location: Dubai UAE Reporting to : Group CEO Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the expansion and operations across the Middle East region . The company has already completed its legal setup and this role will be instrumental in launching full business operations building local teams and ensuring strategic alignment with headquarters in Vietnam You will work alongside a cross-functional team including a Back Office Director and a PMO to establish our operations build local partnerships and execute business strategy. This position precedes the onboarding of country-level leadership (Country Managers) meaning the CEO will be responsible for laying the groundwork across multiple countries in Middle East Key Responsibilities Lead market entry and organizational setup across multiple Middle East countries. Develop local business strategy and operations aligned with group-level objectives. Build and lead a high-performing regional team. Work closely with HQ to coordinate regional strategy compliance and growth metrics. Represent the company with local partners government agencies and business stakeholders. Requirements Experience: Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience. Prior experience in cross-border market development is preferred. Strong background in regulated industries or high-growth platforms (logistics e-commerce fintech). Cultural Fit: Strong adaptability to multicultural environments. Entrepreneurial spirit with structured thinking. Language: Fluent in English Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE and middle east business regulations and labor laws is highly advantageous.
