SeniorCybersecurity EngineerAir TrafficManagement
Location: AbuDhabi UAE
Lead client engagements and provideglobal technical cybersecurity expertise.
Leadand Deliver Cybersecurity Design and Integration projects andsupport consulting services (architectures review compliance/gapassessment risk management vulnerability assessment penetrationtesting etc. to clients with IT and OTenvironments.
Roles&Responsibilities
- Providecybersecurity technical expertise and produce cybersecuritydeliverables.
- Identifying and addressing clientneeds: building solid relationships; developing an awareness ofcyber services; communicating with the client in an organized andknowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information;demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; andcommunicating potential conflicts to asupervisor.
- Design and develop cybersecurityarchitectures for IT/OT systems andnetworks.
- Develop the system/subsystem securitydesigns system and network architecture designs security managementbackup and recovery and patch managementplans.
- Implement build and integrate(installation configuration hardening integration and testing)cybersecurity solutions (AntiMalware log management identitymanagement VPN application whitelist backup patch managementetc..
- Lead and contribute to the of AcceptanceTesting (FAT/SAT) and produce testingreports.
- Support and contribute tocybersecurity vulnerability assessment and penetration testing forIT/OT systems.
- Use develop and adapt riskassessment methodologies and tools for both IT/OTsystems.
- Perform and support cybersecurity riskassessments and compliance with applicable regulations standardspolicies and procedures.
- Derive cybersecurityrequirements and recommendations for action according to regulatoryrequirements.
- Conduct cybersecurity awarenessand training for the cybersecurity components that are part of thesecurity design and prepare trainingmaterials.
- Support the project manager inregular progress review meetings reporting project progress tocompany management and the customer.
- Ensureproject within the timeline and quality as per the projectplan.
WorkExperienceRequirements
- Morethan 15 years experience in Cyber and Information Securityfield
- 7 years experience in designing &building cybersecurity architectures and solutions (Firewalls IDSEndpoint Protection Application Whitelist SIEM Remote Access PatchManagement VPN etc..
- 5 years experience incybersecurity consulting and services (framework development auditcompliance/gap assessment risk assessment/treatment vulnerabilityassessment/penetration testing).
- 3 yearsexperience in OT environments preferably Aviation andTransportation.
- Solid knowledge of bothinternational and regional standards and frameworks (e.g. NESA ISRISA/IEC 62443 ISO 27001 and NIST).
- Solidknowledge of Microsoft Office: Project Word Excel andPowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills(verbal & written) and interpersonalskills.
Qualifications:
QualificationCertification & EducationalRequirements
- Bachelorsdegree or equivalent in Computer Science Cybersecurity Engineeringor Data Science.
- Relevant accreditations andvendor certifications such as (Cisco Fortinet Palo Alto Red HatMicrosoft etc. and other internationally recognized certificationssuch as CISSP CISM GIAC IEC 62443 CEHetc.
Preferred :
- Mastersdegree or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering MathematicsCybersecurity or Data Science.
- Previousexperience in Engineering/Consulting/Professional services inAviation and/or OTenvironments.
