Job Description We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and be able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. The Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests at the restaurant. Duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, setting tables, and providing general assistance to other staff members as needed. The Waiter must also ensure that all guests are satisfied with their meals and that service is provided in a courteous manner. Duties & Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter the restaurant Take orders from customers accurately Serve food and drinks promptly Stock supplies such as napkins and condiments Maintain cleanliness of dining room area Keep up with current menu items, specials, promotions, etc. Ensure all guests receive the highest standard of customer service at all times Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner Requirements Previous experience working as a Waiter or Waitress preferred but not required Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language Ability to work independently or as part of a team Knowledge of local dishes and beverages is an asset Salary & Benefits This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month.
