  • 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally with real estate or corporate finance exposure.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar financial systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Expertise in complex financial modeling and valuation.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and budget forecasting.
  • Experience in conducting business studies, benchmarking, and process analysis.
  • Industry background in residential development is a MUST.
