The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailedMEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings , coordinating with design and site teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developdetailed MEP drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting) for interior fit-out projects usingAutoCAD/Revit .
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site engineers to ensure MEP systems are seamlessly integrated into interior designs.
  • Prepareshop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings as per project requirements.
  • Conductclash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP services and interior elements.
  • Ensure MEP designs comply withlocal regulations, codes, and client specifications .
  • Work closely with procurement and site teams toverify material requirements and installation feasibility.
  • Maintain proper documentation and revision records of all MEP drawings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field .
  • 3-5+ years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in theinterior fit-out industry .
  • Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office .
  • Strong understanding ofMEP systems , including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Knowledge oflocal building codes and international MEP standards .
  • Experience inclash detection and coordination with architectural/interior elements .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with3D modeling software (Auto CAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.) .
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial interior fit-out projects.
