Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with expertise in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing social media channels, assisting with content creation, and supporting brand awareness initiatives. This role requires a creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a keen understanding of digital and traditional marketing trends in the UAE's real estate market. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Branding: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote properties and enhance brand awareness. Support the creation of brochures, flyers, digital ads, blogs, and promotional videos to market projects effectively. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all marketing materials and platforms. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) ensuring regular updates and engagement. Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos). Monitor social media performance metrics, engagement, and audience insights, optimizing content for better reach and conversions. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across digital channels to enhance customer engagement. Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization: Assist in launching and monitoring Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and property portal listings. Track marketing performance metrics (ROI, lead conversions, CPL, engagement rates) and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, optimizing lead generation strategies. Event Planning & Management: Support the planning and execution of real estate project launches, open houses, and promotional events. Coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and influencers to enhance brand exposure and audience engagement. Content & Website Management: Assist with content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns. Optimize property listings and campaigns on real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.). Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate marketing within the UAE. Skills Strong social media management skills with experience in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Copywriting and content creation expertise for social media, blogs, and marketing materials. Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising. Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce) and lead management tools is a plus. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
