About the role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager located (or ready for relocation) in UAE to lead one of the Tabby card team in the fastest growing product. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal and compliance teams to deliver a seamless and scalable digital experience for millions of customers. What you will be doing Lead product initiatives and customer engagement, drive feature upgrades, and own the acquisition funnel, limit growth, and user activity. Craft and execute an ambitious product roadmap to build an efficient product activation process. Own the entire product lifecycle — from early ideas to full-scale fintech execution. Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Core teams to ensure products meet local regulations and security standards without killing innovation — we’re all about balance. Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behavior, and competitors to keep us ahead of the game. Be the glue between engineering, designers, marketing and compliance making sure everyone’s on the same page. Work hand-to-hand with UI/UX wizards to create a smooth and intuitive experience. Set and track KPIs like a pro to track progress and measure improvements. Analyze activation data to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement. Plan and oversee the launch of new features, working with marketing and communications teams to ensure clear messaging and user adoption. What you will need UAE residence or ready for relocation 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with expertise in digital financial services, cards, or mobile banking products. Experience with credit products is a plus. Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products. Resilience and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
