Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Synthify HR Solutions in Riyadh. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall Human Resources functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Support employee relations and foster a positive work environment by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  3. Administer employee benefits and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  4. Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and company standards.
  5. Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and career development plans.
  6. Support training initiatives and employee development programs to enhance skillsets and company culture.
  7. Stay current with HR trends and best practices, advising management on policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  3. Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
