We're looking for a talented Enterprise Architecture Manager to join one of our key clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role , supporting the client's Enterprise Architecture (EA) function and working closely with senior stakeholders to align business and IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Solution Architects , providing guidance on high- and low-level designs for critical projects.
  • Drive EA Best Practices : Enhance and develop enterprise architecture standards, policies, and governance practices across the organization.
  • Oversee architecture feasibility assessments, solution design reviews, and conformance to EA standards.
  • Manage the Architecture Governance Board (ARB) and engage with senior stakeholders to influence architectural decisions.
  • Shape Business Architecture : Create and use Business Capability Maps to drive strategic conversations with stakeholders.
  • Drive New Technology Adoption : Ensure the sustainable adoption of emerging technologies through proper architectural practices.
  • Maintain a technical debt register and recommend strategies for optimizing the overall portfolio.

Ideal Candidate:

  • TOGAF certified with 8-10 years of experience, including at least 5 years as an Enterprise Architect.
  • Solid experience with EA practices, governance , and standards .
  • Background in Healthcare or Education industries is a plus, especially if you have UAE experience .
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – able to interact with senior leadership and guide teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and project management abilities.
