Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Poultry Farm Manager, located in Al Ain. The Poultry Farm Manager will oversee and manage daily farm operations, including the care and management of poultry, maintaining biosecurity measures, monitoring livestock health, and ensuring productivity standards. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, managing farm inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and health standards. The manager will also focus on optimizing operational efficiency and implementing best practices for poultry farming. Qualifications Experience in animal care, poultry management, and livestock health monitoring Knowledge of biosecurity measures and compliance with relevant industry regulations Strong leadership, staff supervision, and team management skills Proficiency in inventory management and planning for operational efficiency Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement best practices in poultry farming Strong communication and organizational skills Prior experience as a farm manager or similar role is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field is advantageous The salary is 1500 dirhams, in addition to accommodation, transportation, and some basic food supplies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
