Inquire for the guest suite number. Assist the guest with the drinks selections and answer any queries about drinks Do a quality check if the guest orders cocktails. Engage in a conversation with the guest whenever appropriate. General topics should be about resorts facilities or activities. Table maintenance should carried out. Present the bill as per standard when asked and give a copy of the luxury collection cocktail recipe Bid the guest fond farewell. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any complains. Coordinate with other departments in exceeding guest expectations. To be updated in communication between departments. To attend managers & Supervisors meeting.
