Black & Grey HR is hiring a Live-in Chef for an executive and his family based in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Arabic and Indian cuisines with a flair for creating healthy flavorful and beautifully presented dishes suited to family-style dining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) for the CEO and family members as per their preferences.
- Create and plan weekly menus incorporating Arabic and Indian dishes.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene presentation and taste always.
- Manage kitchen inventory groceries and stock levels efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Cater to dietary restrictions and health-conscious meal requests when required.
- Occasionally prepare meals for guests and small gatherings at the residence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Private Chef / Household Chef / Executive Chef.
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic and Indian cuisine.
- Ability to adapt to family preferences and prepare both traditional and modern-style dishes.
- Must maintain discretion professionalism and confidentiality.
