Performance Testing Engineer - Join Our Team in Dubai:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Testing Engineer to join our team in Dubai. As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance testing strategies, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance testing strategies, including load, stress, and endurance testing
  • Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and Load Runner
  • Execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks and root causes of performance issues
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise
  • Oversee the deployment of applications and monitor their performance to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in performance testing

Required Skills :

  • Proficiency in JMeter and Load Runner
  • Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, standards, and best practices
