Deal Sourcing & Origination Identify and build a pipeline of off-market real estate acquisition opportunities (land residential commercial industrial or mixed-use). Establish and maintain a strong network of agents brokers developers landlords and asset owners. Negotiate directly with sellers and intermediaries to secure favourable terms. Opportunity Evaluation Perform  financial modelling and valuation analysis on prospective deals (IRR NPV cash flow etc.). Conduct commercial due diligence including market comps rental potential yield profile and exit strategies. Prepare concise deal memos and investment recommendations for internal decision-makers. Transaction Support Coordinate initial deal structuring and documentation. Liaise with legal technical and financial advisors through the acquisition process. Additional Information : Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in  UAE real estate acquisition. Strong network and knowledge of UAE property market dynamics including Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Proven ability to source off-market opportunities and move deals forward independently. Advanced skills in Excel financial modelling and commercial due diligence. Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus. Ideal Candidate Traits: Entrepreneurial and resourceful thrives in a fast-moving deal-driven environment.
