Qualifications

  • Excellent communicationskills

  • Minimum 1 year experience as aButler/Villa Host; preferably in a similar qualityhotel

Desired candidate profile

1. Personalized GuestServices

  • Greetingguests upon arrival and offering a tour of the villa, explainingthe amenities and services available.
  • Ensuringthat all guest preferences and special requests (e.g., dietaryneeds, room preferences, or entertainment options) are recorded andcommunicated to relevant staff.
  • Offeringpersonalized services such as organizing excursions, booking spaappointments, or arranging for special requests like flowers,gifts, or roomsetups.

2. ConciergeServices

  • Providingconcierge services to guests, such as arranging transportation(e.g., airport transfers, private drivers), organizing bookings forrestaurants, events, and tours.
  • Offeringrecommendations for local attractions, shopping, or culturalexperiences based on guestinterests.

3. EnsuringVilla Comfort

  • Checkingthe villa regularly to ensure it is properly maintained and readyfor guests.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping toensure that the villa is clean, tidy, and stocked with necessaryitems (e.g., towels, toiletries,linens).
  • Overseeing the setup and preparationof the villa for guests' needs, including adjustments tolighting, temperature, anddécor.

4.Meal and BeverageCoordination

  • Arrangingfor the delivery of meals, snacks, and beverages as requested bythe guests, either through an in-house chef, external catering, orlocal restaurants.
  • Assisting in meal planning,if required, ensuring that dietary preferences and restrictions arerespected.

5. ManagingGuest Requests

  • Managingguest requests promptly and efficiently, from arranging additionalpillows to ensuring that the pool or spa is prepared foruse.
  • Serving as the primary point of contactfor guests during their stay, responding to inquiries and assistingwith any specialneeds.

6. HandlingArrivals andDepartures

  • Greetingguests upon arrival and assisting with their check-inprocess.
  • Ensuring that luggage is properlyhandled, rooms are set up according to guest preferences, and allnecessary services are arranged.
  • Assisting withcheck-out procedures, including ensuring the guest'ssatisfaction and organizing transport or further travelarrangements.

7.Managing Guest Preferences andDocumentation

  • Keepingdetailed records of guest preferences, past requests, and specialrequirements to ensure a more personalized experience for returnguests.
  • Preparing welcome amenities orpersonalized notes based on guests' preferences or specialoccasions (e.g., anniversaries,birthdays).

8.Organizing Special Events andCelebrations

  • Assistingguests in organizing special events such as birthdays,anniversaries, or family gatherings within thevilla.
  • Coordinating with chefs, event planners,or vendors to arrange decorations, catering, orentertainment.
