We'dlove to hear from you if you have:

  • BSc, BEng, diploma orequivalent.
  • Minimum of 15 years experience inthe field of quality in multi-disciplinary activities andmanagement systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years qualityauditing experience.
  • Minimum of 5years' experience managing a team, shared services groupor program.
  • ISO 9001 Quality Management Systemlead auditor certification and/ortraining.
  • Thorough understanding of ISO 9001standard.
  • Chartered Member of a professionalbody (i.e. CQI, IRCA, ASQ).
  • Experienceplanning, developing and delivering quality-relatedtraining.
  • Experience planning, managing anddelivering assurance programs.
  • Experienceparticipating in and managing continual improvementinitiatives.
  • Capacity to adapt to evolvingquality and business requirements and to drive continualimprovement.
  • Excellent organizational skillsand ability to effectively prioritize and delegatetasks.
  • Flexibility/versatility combined withinitiative, drive and ability to manage one's ownworkload and priorities, including delivery to challengingdeadlines.
  • Effective interpersonal skills andability to work in a teamenvironment.
  • Effective communicator and able tocommunicate with regional teams in the local language(s)used.
