Responsibilities
  • You shalllead and oversee all tax planning activities ensuring that theorganization maximizes its tax position while complying withapplicable laws and regulations.
  • We expect youto develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies such asBEPS (Base erosion and profit shifting) thatalign with the business objectives and support sustainablegrowth.
  • You will manage relationships withexternal tax advisors and authorities serving as the primary pointof contact for any inquiries or audits.
  • Weanticipate your proactive identification of potential tax risks andopportunities coupled with recommending solutions that enhancefinancial performance.
  • You shall ensureaccurate and timely preparation and submission of all required taxreturns and reports across multiple jurisdictions.
  • We expect you to stay informed about the latestdevelopments in tax legislation and policy assessing their impacton the organization and advising leadership accordingly.
  • We rely on your leadership to build and mentor aneffective taxation team fostering a culture of continuousimprovement and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bring in at 812 years of experience with vast experienceof working with a big 4 or an MNC or BEPS or Pillar 2.
  • Any experience or exposure to the GCC market will bepreferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability tomanage teams.
