Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business/Operations Management or a relatedfield.

Experience:

  • Minimum5 years of operations management experience within the furnituremanufacturing industry including carpentry joinery painting andupholstery.
  • Knowledge of metalproduct manufacturing processes such as cutting bending weldinggrinding and powder coating is anadvantage.
  • Proven experience inoptimising processes and implementing safetyprotocols.
  • Strong workforcemanagement abilities.
  • Indepthunderstanding of manufacturingprocesses.
  • Familiarity with SixSigma or Kaizen methodologies ispreferred.

Skills:

  • Strongleadership and team managementcapabilities.
  • Ability to adapt toshifting priorities.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English; Arabicproficiency isadvantageous.
