- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other construction personnel to execute pulling operations safely.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Troubleshoot and report any mechanical or operational issues to the maintenance team for timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, equipment usage, and any incidents or malfunctions.
- Assist in rigging and securing loads before execution to prevent accidents or damage.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Pulling Machine Rig Operator in civil construction projects.
- Certification: Valid heavy equipment operating license/certification, if required by local authorities.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in handling rigging equipment and pulling machines.
Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems used in pulling machines.
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices. - Physical Requirements: Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
