• Welcomeclients into the store; identify their needs through askingquestions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate beauty treatmentsand products; recommend link products; close the sale; provideprofessional till point service; follow up with regular customers;maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally withcustomer complaints.

• Ensure that"Art of Perfection" Facial is offered to everyclient when on-counter and convert this product application to asale.

• Support any in-store oroutbound retail events, i.e. "Art Of Perfection/ Art OfBeauty" events

• Will beresponsible to deliver Home beauty services to our clients. Toprovide a range of beauty treatments to the clients in the comfortof their own homes.

• Participate inall training modules and coaching sessionsoffered.

• Ensure product / hygieneguidelines and merchandise of products, as per the definedstandards

• Rotate stocks to ensurethat existing stock is displayed in front of new items on theshelves

• Maintain housekeepingstandards, including windowdisplays

• Check stock levels dailyand recommend orders to the store manager / counter supervisor inorder to replenish and maintain optimum stocklevels

• Ensure all store and officeadministration, as per manager's request, is completedaccurately and on time, including customer databasecards

  • Initialassessments: Conduct initial assessments of clientsto understand their issues, concerns, and goals, whether they arephysical, emotional, orpsychological.
  • Diagnosis: Depending on the specialty, therapists may diagnose conditions,disorders, or physical limitations through interviews, assessments,and medical history reviews.
  • Goalsetting: Work with clients to set realistictreatment goals and expectations that align with their specificneeds.

2. ProvidingTherapeuticTreatment

  • Individualtherapy: Offer one-on-one sessions tailored to theclient's needs, whether physical orpsychological.
  • Group therapy (formental health or physical rehabilitation): Lead orfacilitate group therapy sessions where clients can share theirexperiences and work on healingtogether.
  • Develop treatmentplans: Create personalized treatment plans andschedules to guide the therapeutic process and track clientprogress.
  • Therapeutictechniques: Utilize specific techniques relevant tothe area of therapy (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) formental health therapists, or manual manipulation and exercises forphysicaltherapists).

3. ClientSupport andGuidance

  • Emotionalsupport: Provide emotional support to help clientscope with their physical or mental health issues, offeringstrategies to manage stress, anxiety, ordepression.
  • Encouragement: Offer encouragement and motivation to clients throughout thetreatment process to help them stay committed and reach theirgoals.
  • Education: Educate clients about their condition, treatment options, andself-care strategies to empower them in their recovery orimprovement.

4.Documentation andReporting

  • Progressnotes: Maintain accurate and detailed records ofclient sessions, progress, andoutcomes.
  • Treatmentadjustments: Adjust treatment plans as necessarybased on client progress andfeedback.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure that all records and information about clients are keptconfidential in line with legal and ethical standards (such asHIPAA compliance in healthcaresettings).

5.Collaboration andReferrals

  • Collaborationwith other professionals: Work closely with otherhealthcare providers, such as doctors, specialists, orpsychologists, to ensure integrated care and treatment for theclient.
  • Referrals: If necessary, refer clients to other specialists for additionalsupport (e.g., referrals to a psychiatrist, physical therapist, ornutritionist).

6.Continuing Education and ProfessionalDevelopment

  • Stayupdated: Keep up-to-date with the latest therapeutictechniques, research, and trends in the field through professionaldevelopment, conferences, and additionaltraining.
