Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs that promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

  5. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving engagement initiatives.
  6. Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data and feedback and generate actionable insights.
  7. Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with HR software and engagement platforms.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.
